The CircHub Cluster has released a new interview video featuring Carolin Spirinckx, Project Manager at Drastic’s coordinating partner, VITO, sharing insights from the latest CircHub workshop, held in Naples on 5 March 2026.

In the interview, Carolin reflects on what it will take to scale circular and energy-efficient buildings across Europe. Drawing on discussions from the workshop, she highlights the key barriers still slowing the transition to a circular economy, including gaps in performance data, misalignment between regulation and innovation, and limited market readiness. 

She also underlines the importance of collaboration across research projects, industry, and policymakers to turn promising solutions into real-world impact.
